The Treaty of Bajor was a treaty appearing in the hit series Star Trek Deep Space 9.

The Treaty was signed at the end of the Dominion War following the surrender by the Dominion forces. The treaty included representatives from the Dominion, the Breen, the Federation, the Klingons, Romulans and the Cardassians.
Points on the treaty included:
- The Surrender of the Dominion leadership to the Federation
- The end of the occupation of the Breen, Jem Hadar, Vorta and the Cardassian Union by the Dominion
- The immediate withdrawal of all Dominion starships to the Gamma Quadrant.
