Treaty of Odessa

The Treaty of Odessa was signed in Odessa on September 14, 1892 between representatives of Russia and Italy. Based on the terms of the accord, both signatories agreed to establish a mutual defensive alliance. This alliance would be activated at the request of the signatory being attacked by a foreign power.
