Trollbäck + Company is a New York-based creative studio producing expressive graphics, design and live action for advertising, broadcast, and entertainment. While known for launching and re-branding TV networks, the company’s creative output covers a broad spectrum, ranging from film title sequences, live action commercials, short films and music videos to publication design and environmental design.
Founded in 1999 by Jakob and Lisa Trollbäck, and led by creative directors Jakob Trollbäck and Joe Wright, the multinational group of designers consists of individuals with varied backgrounds.Over the past seven years, Trollbäck + Company has worked with clients such as top TV networks CBS, AMC, HBO, TNT, and Sundance Channel; film companies HBO Films, Fox Searchlight and Miramax; and advertising clients like Nike, Volvo, Fidelity and Jaguar.
Recent projects include a four-spot live action campaign for Infiniti, titles for the Oscar-winning film Capote and the on-air re-design of CBS.
T+Co is currently being showcased at the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum’s “National Design Triennial: Design Life Now” in New York City through July 29, 2007. The exhibition will spotlight a range of Trollbäck’s recent projects.
