Trosvik Idrettsforening (founded April 1, 1946) is a Norwegian amateur club in the Fourth Division. It is the biggest club in the district, in terms of members. Many young talents in the Tippeliga side Fredrikstad have their roots in this club, which is said to be one of the best in the country when it comes to breeding talents. Examples are Tarik Elyounoussi, Agim Shabani, Lasse Staw and several others in the youth squad. In addition to producing talents, the club is also known for their varied offers to both boys and girls at all ages.
