The image Image:Twins4.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Radio Kirk talk to me 05:45, 29 January 2006 (UTC)) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low-resolution screenshot from a motion picture or accompanying material;
No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose—while public domain images may exist for the subject of the article, none can be created that adequately illustrates the point(s) in the subject's career that (is/are) discussed in the accompanying text;
The image does not limit the copyright holders' ability to market the motion picture or any home video in any way; and
The image is being used specifically to highlight its textual accompaniment and for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or her work in any way.
