Twisted Black

Twisted Black (born Tommy Burns, Oct. 18, 1976) is a rapper who resides in Fort Worth, Texas, but was originally born in Detroit, Michigan. He is on the 3R Entertainment/Scarred 4 Life Records label, and has also gone under the pseudonym "145". His debut album, Look What The Streets Made, sold 10,000 copies in less than 30 days. In 1998, he was incarcerated for a period of time. In July 2006, Twisted Black was arrested and charged by officers with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in Midland, Texas, shortly after signing a deal with New York based independent record label TVT Records. His TVT debut album, Street Fame, will be released on March 6, 2007. Due out on the album release date is a DVD titled; The Rise Of Twisted Black which will be released through Twisted Black's own imprint "Scarred For Life."[1]
On February 22, 2007, he was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Federal Drug Charges.
