Twisted Tower Dire is an American heavy metal band. Formed in 1995 and are currently signed to Remedy Records.
The band stated their aim as "resurrecting True Heavy Metal"[1], drawing influence from Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Candlemass and alike. In 1999 the band was able to record a self produced debut after a series of demo and split records.
Over the years, the band as played at many Metal festivals across America and even into Europe, including a spot at Wacken Open Air Festival in 2000.
