Tyler Scot Williams is an Oklahoma-native known for his works and positions in forensics and debate, politics, University and public policy, and religion.
He was born on August 11, 1985 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High School in May, 2004. He currently attends Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, Wisconsin.

[edit] Forensics
Williams is known for his accomplishments on the Edmond Santa Fe High School debate team, where he competed in forensics as part of the National Forensics League. Williams placed first in the West Oklahoma district in the 2003 and 2004 Student Congress. He advanced to the national tournaments in the 2003 Georgia NFL National Speech and Debate Championships in Atlanta, Georgia and the 2004 SLC Beehive Nationals in Salt Lake City, Utah. Williams was best known for his politically conservative approach to Student Congress debate, allowing him to speak comparitively longer than his liberal counterparts.

Williams has won awards at the Oklahoma Baptist Hymn Festival at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. His accomplishments include being recognized as among the top three hymnists in the state-wide festival for four consecutive years, retiring from the festival in 2003 with recognition in all three performance categories.

Williams is currently completing his bachelor's in theological languages and political science at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Williams is a member of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, the second-largest Lutheran denomination in the United States.

Williams has been commissioned to successfully transition the Student Government Association of Concordia University Wisconsin into their newly written and passed Constitution, also written by Williams.
