UAIOE is industrial rock group KMFDM's fourth album, released in 1989. The album features a reggae vocalist (Morgan Adjei), who does not appear on any other KMFDM material. When asked about the album's title, En Esch said that the band intended it to be pronounced "like a scream or something". It is also a rearrangement of the vowels in the English alphabet. The album was recorded in Hamburg, Germany.

UAIOE was released in the United States on Wax Trax! Records. This release contains the standard tracklist. The German release on Cash Beat Records includes all tracks from the standard release with the addition of "Rip the System", "More & Faster", and "Naff Off", all originally available on the More & Faster single. The United Kingdom release, on Deutschland Strikeback Records, features the same tracks as the German release, along with the track "Virus", which is also available on the Virus single.

UAIOE began a KMFDM tradition of using five-letter words as album titles, a tradition that survived until the 2005 release of Hau Ruck.

A digitally remastered reissue of UAIOE was released September 12, 2006, along with 1986's What Do You Know, Deutschland? and 1988's Don't Blow Your Top.
