The UEFA-CAF Meridian Cup is a football competition jointly organised by UEFA and CAF for youth teams. From 2001, unlike other international tournaments the winners were the individual confederations and not the national teams.
From 2007 the format will change again. A UEFA team will play a CAF team at under 18 level over two matches.
