• Support, assuming no other countries have "Pacific Air Forces", which seems likely given that no other country has the sort of extensive global military presence that would lead to needing to use regional names. Deleted the line: "( in United States' government terms - the countries in this area would mostly dispute any USA 'responsibility' in respect of their particular areas)". As far as the national interests and international commitments of the United States go in this region of the world, the Pacific and Indian Oceans are, indisputably within PACAF's "area of responsibility," and I'm not sure which "countries in this area" dispute that. 61.34.55.133 00:57, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
