University of Guelph-Humber

The University of Guelph-Humber is a university-college partnership between the University of Guelph and Humber College. It was established in 2002. It is located on Humber's North Campus in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The school offers seven regular four-year academic programs, each of which grant both a university honours degree and college diploma.

- Family and Community Social Services Program [4]

- Social Service Workers' Diploma
- Justice Studies Program [5]
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Justice Studies)
- Diploma in Police Foundations or Diploma in Law and Security Administration
- Media Studies Program [6]
- Bachelor of Applied Arts (Media Studies)
- Diploma in Journalism, or Diploma in Public Relations, or Diploma in Creative Photography
- A part-time Justice Studies Program designed for practicing Canadian law enforcers is also offered.[7]

[edit] Guelph-Humber Student Association
The University of Guelph-Humber's Student Government is The Guelph-Humber Student Association (GHSA). The elected GHSA consists of 4 Executives, 12 Program Representatives (14 - begin Fall 2007), and a maximum of 5 non-voting Student Senators who represent the University on the University of Guelph Senate. The GHSA works with the Humber Student Federation to provide services and activities to the students on campus. They are also responsible for annual events such as the the Guelph-Humber Winter Formal.
