Unknown Radio

Unknown Radio is an internet radio station broadcasting using Nullsoft's SHOUTcast streaming mp3 technology. They are dedicated to giving independent musicians an outlet for their art. They have no ties to any large company, nor do they play any music from any major lables.
The format at UKR is simple -- todays' best indie music and indie talk. Talk shows include independent interviews, reviews, politics, and thought. UKR's innovative talk programing is complimented by great indie music ranging from folk to hard rock and everything in between -- even indie rock.

[edit] About the DJ
Erik D. is the mastermind behind Unknown Radio. An indie musician since third grade, music has always been close to Erik's heart and mind. After graduating from college in 2002 with a Bachelor of Music degree, he joined the real world and became a 4-8 instrumental music teacher.
Erik is currently the only DJ at UKR. That's also his voice doing some of the station IDs.
