Up Against It
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Up Against It is an unproduced script by Joe Orton that he wrote it for The Beatles at the height of their fame. Although they turned it down, many critics have stated that this was a bad move, as it could have repaired the fractures in their relationship. Paul McCartney once said in an interview that "We (The Beatles) Didn't do it because it was gay!"[citation needed]
