This was the logo of WRDC-TV before it became an affiliate of MyNetworkTV. The pieces of the logo that are not part of the UPN logo belong to Sinclair Broadcast Group. The parts of the logo that are the UPN logo belong to CBS Corporation. It can be used under fair use rules for the following reasons:

It is a historical logo that WRDC-TV used before it become a MyNetworkTV affiliate.
No free alternative can be created or found (i.e. a GPL'd logo like Image:GPLLinksysLogo.png), as its value is in its appearance.
It is low resolution.
It is only used for informational purposes.
It will have no effect whatsoever on advertisement sales or viewership for this station, because this is no longer the station's present logo.
