Ur-Ine Trouble is part two of Style And Substance Abuse. The episode was written by Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis.
In part two, Nicole, Mary Cherry and Hellacious team up to ruin Carmen's campaign. They then reveal Carmen's mom's alcohol problems and claim she is the one drinking alchohol. Carmen moves back with her mother. After Hellacious cheats on the election Carmen ends up winning. Lily turns herself in for substance abuse and Josh does as well. The two now are a couple.
Harrison drops out of the election and reveals he has been using pain killers. It turns out he has leukemia. And Brooke wins the election.
