Uri Savir

Uri Savir an ambassador, has extensive experience as a senior career diplomat, serving as head of Israeli diplomacy in the critical years 1993-96 when he was the Chief Negotiator of the Middle East Oslo Accords. Later as a Labor Member of the Israeli Parliament, he was head of the Sub-Committee for Foreign Affairs and has established two international non-profit organisations over which he presides today. He is currently the active administrator of Shimon Peres Center For Peace. Uri Savir is currently the President of the non-profit organization The Glocal Forum([1]). The Glocal Forum is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of international relations in pursuance of new balance between glocal and local forces in today's world.
