Usban

Usban /ʕusˁbɑːn/ (Arabic:عصبان) is a Libyan dish made by stuffing the entrails of animals, usually sheep, but also, bovines and camels. The main ingredients of the stuffing are rice, parsley, and pluck. several varieties exist throughout Libya. It is considered a delicacy of the Libyan cuisine.
