Use [{{{PGPKEY}}} {{{NAME}}}'s public key] for PGP/GPG encrypted communication

This template is designed for users wishing to include a link to their PGP or GPG key on their user page. In order to prevent the key from being tampered with, the public key should be hosted off Wikipedia.

Usage syntax:
