Vacationland was a rock band from Maine. While thought of as rising stars in the music industry they were only able to release one album and a few singles. Like many other bands, Vacationland broke up due to each band member having different goals. Musically, they were strongly influenced by the glam-rock and early grunge of the late 1980s and early 1990s and portions of their music drew comparisons to Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, and Marilyn Manson.
Vacationland was:
- Shawn Saindon - Guitar and Vocals
- Jim Wallerstein - Guitar and Vocals
- Andrew Gilbert - Bass
- Tim Morin - Drums
