Vae Victus

Vae Victus Robotics is a high-school FIRST robotics team in Falls Church, Virginia. Its students attend George Mason High School, part of the City of Falls Church school system.
The team, started in 2004, derives its name (adopted in its second year) from a misspelling of the latin "Vae Victis". This was not intentional.
In the PlayStation/PS2 series, the Legacy of Kain, the titular character, Kain, often shouts "Vae Victus!" (translated as “Woe to the Conquered”) whilst inflicting severe punishment upon his enemies.
