[edit] License tagging for Image:Albert.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Albert.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] not sure
I'm not sure what you mean by It has been suggested that this article or section be merged with Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. If you mean by adding the link to the page I've done that.Sam ov the blue sand 23:55, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Template:Emot
[edit] Your edit to Henry Hill (mobster)
On December 5, 2006, you reverted Henry Hill (mobster) back to the state as it was in November, 2005. I'm guessing you saw the recent vandalism by 24.20.46.134 to military discharge, and then also reverted their ancient vandalism from Nov 16, 2005 - causing the article to revert to an ancient state.[1] Please be careful when the vandalism is not the "top" edit. [edit] Brokes
They were different people; however, one of them is notable, and the other is notable almost entirely as his brother. I looked up his military careet, and it consists largely of being assistant Quarter-master general in various campaigns; he wasn't even guilty of scandalous misconduct. Therefore, since all the facts in one article are in the other, a redirect is customary. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 19:50, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
- Feel free to take out the redirect if you find a claim to notability, of course. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 19:55, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

I would prefer that the Wikify tag is kept in place, and that you also correctly Stub the article while it is a work in progress as per the Manual of Style. thewinchester 19:15, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Blunt and refs
This is a difficult page. I'm not really the type to hunt down refs. I usually stick to album pages, gnomish organization/creating chapters on pages, and typos. However, the way I see it, the first place to start would be finding proof that "blunt" is used to refer to cigars of this sort. This should prove easy. Next, prove that cannabis may be smoked in these cigars. The last, and not all that important, task is finding refs for each of those idiotic slang terms. I personally hate to use blunts. It's a good way to waste a lot of weed real quick, and disguise its pure flavor with tobacco. Give me a decent chillum any day. However, it would make a decent project if you're interested, and I, as a general contributor to cannabis articles, salute you. Just let me know if you need any help with anything. Thank you for reporting copyright violations (e.g. Henry Doelger). This is to let you know that the contents of an article should be blanked/replaced when adding the {{copyvio}} template. Happy editing, and merry christmas! :) - Mailer Diablo 13:58, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Janusz Zurakowski
Your comment==Why POV== This article, a number of times, used words like noble, brave, reknowned, etc, which is quite inappropriate, rather like desribing a general as a badass or coward, etc. The opinion that Zurakowski was noble, etc, is self proved by his actions and medals (i.e. to win a V.M.) and be an ace fighter pilot. Cheers V. Joe 01:26, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

- Reply to comment: Where the term "noble" is used refers to the "noble Polish pilots" (not necessarily Zurakowski) that served in Britain, "brave" is not used in the article and the fact that he is renowned is not in dispute, the article is testament to that fact. IMHO, there is no POV here and I am taking the notification off. Your first recourse when you do such a drastic and damaging statement is to post on this discussion page. You did the opposite, placing a POV tag there without any discussion is tantamount to vandalism and is treated as such. Bzuk 01;35 22 January 2007 (UTC).
- The Zurakowski article is based on a number of reference sources. I will place citations to validate any factual or contenuous issues but I do not consider an article that has been in existence since January 2004 and has never been challenged before for POV violations, to be worthy of such a statement especially from an editor who has never made any previous contributions to the article. Your comment implying that I am writing about "relatives, friends or oneself;" let me clarify: I am his biographer and I have submitted editorial changes to correct inaccurate or misleading information. I do not intend to rewrite my biography but I am cognizant that the article should be as accurate as possible. Bzuk 12:12 22 January 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Admiral Brown
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Admiral Brown, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
