Venkatagiri Kota (also known as V-Kota) is a small town in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The National Highway 4 between Bangalore and Chennai runs through V-Kota. The road leading to Gudiyattam and Vellore in Tamil Nadu is a beautiful stretch, the road descends from the Deccan Plateau to the plains of Tamil Nadu. One can actually feel the difference in temperatures as one descends it becomes hotter and hotter.
This place is at junction of three states Andhrapradesh,Tamilnadu,Karnataka and well known for its vegetable ,flower markets ,business centers.V.Kota town mainly streaches along the national highway. People here almost can speak three languages Telugu,Tamil,Kannad fluently.
