Victoria S. Middleton

Victoria Middleton is Director of the Office of Nordic and Baltic Affairs, U.S. Department of State. She earned an A.B. degree from Bryn Mawr College and M.A. and Ph.D degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the State Department, Ms. Middleton was a tenured Associate Professor of English Literature at Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. She was born in Swedesboro, New Jersey and graduated from Pitman, New Jersey, High School.
