Vincent Paul Kartheiser (born May 5, 1979) is an American actor. Although he frequently appears in independent films, he is also known for his role as Connor on Angel.

Kartheiser was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Janet Marie Gruye and James Ralph Kartheiser. He has four sisters, Andrea, Colette, Elise and Theresa, and a brother, Nathan.

Kartheiser made his screen debut in a bit role in the 1993 film Untamed Heart, opposite Marisa Tomei and Christian Slater. Kartheiser subsequently found himself being cast in family fare, most memorably the action-adventure drama Alaskaand the tech thriller Masterminds, which featured the young actor as a whiz kid who takes on an evil private-school headmaster (Patrick Stewart).
Kartheiser's would then go on to star in Larry Clark's Another Day in Paradise, playing a drug-addled, homeless street urchin in
The film earned many accolades for the young actor, who then appeared in Strike! (later retitled All I Wanna Do), a barely released comedy set in a 1960s female boarding school. He then played a reticent teenager obsessed with a girl who is slowly going over the edge in Crime and Punishment in Suburbia.
Kartheiser later took a recurring role on the supernatural drama series Angel in 2002, playing the title character's son Connor. Returning to film work, Kartheiser went on to star in the well-received coming-of-age drama Dandelion.
