Virginia's Eleventh Congressional District is a U.S. congressional district in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The residents of the 11th District are currently represented by Republican Congressman Tom Davis, first elected to the 11th's seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994. The Hill newspaper quotes "census data" to conclude that Virginia's 11th Congressional is the wealthiest Congressional District in the nation. Tom Davis ran for his 7th term, opposed by Democrat Andrew Hurst and Independent Green Fernando Greco. He won the election with 55% of the vote.
