State Route 166 is a primary state highway in the South Hampton Roads area of the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from U.S. Route 17 in Chesapeake north over the Campostella Bridge into downtown Norfolk, and then northeast and north to the Little Creek area of Virginia Beach.
