Vladimir Anatolyevich Yakovlev (Russian: Владимир Анатольевич Яковлев) (born November 25, 1944, in Olyokminsk, Yakutia, Soviet Union) is a Russian politician.
In 1996 – 2003 he was the Governor of Saint Petersburg.
