Voice Box Orchestra (also known as VBO) is a Christian ska band formed in Manteca, California in 2006 by, close friends, Sean Ruoff and Spencer Valadez. Travis Thum and Jeremy Bowers were originally intended for bass and vocals, respectively, but backed out due to prior engagements.
Darene Gilliland and Jack Helton were added to the band shortly after formation. VBO is currently gathering more members and plands on having their first concert at the end of 2007 or the beginning of 2008, wth plans of their first record to be released in 2008.
VBO's influenses include Five Iron Frenzy and The O.C. Supertones.
