Talk:Vojislav Koštunica

- Honestly, I don't like the guy either. But that's beside the point. Referring to him as rude, particularly in the way the previous section was written, is not neutral, and does not belong in Wikipedia. However, it has now been rewritten nicely, and I think it now addresses the objections well, and in an NPOV manner.Ambivalenthysteria 00:29, 16 Jun 2004 (UTC)
I wanted to say that he is sujetan. The word I found in the dictionary is conceited. I am not really sure is that the right word. Plus, I don`t know how to explain that he has political complexes and that he refuses to support Boris Tadic just because he hated Zoran Djindjic. I want it in NPOV but don`t know how. Also how to say that he is incompetent for any high level job. That he was almost never joining protests against Milosevic. That he didn`t want Milosevic to get arrested. That he never cooperates with journalists. That only time he called press while he was the president of Yugoslavia was when he saw an OWL in the tree in front of his office!!! This guy is just........

- I think the animosity against Đinđić and Tadić can be explained together with the fact he led the faction of DS that split off into DSS. The stance on Milošević seems fairly relevant, too, and can be explained in a sentence or two. The rest is rather quirky to explain :) --Shallot 20:24, 16 Jun 2004 (UTC)
Also how to say that he is incompetent for any high level job And who are you to decide who's and who's not "competent" for high level jobs? I don't want to rush into discussion on that topic, just to remaind you that this is an ecyclopedic article and not a discussion forum! All of the articles in Wikipedia should stay neutral, so any kind of political propaganda can't take place here. Theodosias
Just a remark for the end: He promised ELECTIONS after CONSTITUTION ... No it is CONSTITUTION and then ELECTIONS Since there is no political power to make new constitution because of political disagreements, we haven`t seen ELECTIONS ...
And so it is endelss loop :-) Typiccaly for him, maybe this should became a famous quote, next to "I wasn`t informed" ... :-)

This is very, very, badly written and politically biased article.
First of all, the article is much too abbreviated. If it only contained dry bigraphical facts it should be longer (it's still basically a stub). There's a lot of material worth noting on Kostunica - he's been in politics for 15 years and had a long academic career prior to that. As it is, the article is short on undisputable facts and long on clumsy phrases that are hard to classify as clearly biased but are nonetheless meaningless and insignificant. Stylistically speaking, the article is atrociously bad. When I have more time, I'll expand it a bit. Zvonko 8:18 9 January 2005
Kostunica is definetly NOT an incompetent prime minister (or president, when he was one). Truly, he does take things a little slowly, but he managed to minimize the hatered the political parties has towards each other. Just because he doesn't appear on TV every time something happens (like Tadic, who just craves attention like a little child) doesn't mean he does nothing. He didn't insist on handing over Milosevic because it means that the country has become submissive to every whim of the great Western powers. He didn't go on demonstrations because there are some people who will not cause chaos just to attract attention and benefit from it(like Vuk Draskovic).
Since when was Kostunica of Montenegrin descent?! He comes from an old Belgrade family.
