W Las Vegas will be Starwood Hotel's first condo and hotel resort built in Las Vegas, Nevada. Expected to cost around $1.7 billion, it will include approximately 4,000 hotel and residential units, a 75,000 square foot casino, and around 10 world class restaurants as well as retail shops and meeting space.

Site grading is currently underway, and the resort is expected to open in 2009.
