From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Warren Babcock (b. September 15, 1866 - d. 1913) was a Michigan politician and educator.
In 1908, he became the second elected mayor of East Lansing, Michigan. He was re-offered the nomination in 1909, but declined. He lived in his house and taught at Michigan State University (at that time called Michigan Agricultural College) until he died in 1913; his burial location is unknown.
[edit] Marriage
He married Gertrude Hanson on November 16, 1892; it is not clear if they had any children.
It is speculated that he was buried under his house, 437 Abbott Road, in East Lansing. He also probably killed himself.
Students claim to hear the sounds of Warren screaming throughout the evening. There have also been reports of supernatural activity in room "J" of the house.
