Warren Lasch Conservation Center

The Warren Lasch Conservation Center is a building located in the former Charleston Navy Yard, in Charleston, South Carolina. The name sake of this building is Warren F. Lasch, who was chairmen of Friends of the Hunley during the hunley's recovery. It is being used to excavate, examine, and preserve the submarine CSS H.L. Hunley. The Hunley is housed in a specially designed tank of freshwater to await conservation.
