Weaste is a Manchester Metrolink Station in the City of Salford. The station is close to the M602 Motorway near the town of Eccles, Greater Manchester. The station is also proximous to The Willows, which is the home of Salford City Reds Rugby Club, when the reds play at home, the station is often busy, with adverse overcrowding. The local area of Weaste is industrial with some residential buildings. The station lies within ticketing zone H on the Eccles Line of the Metrolink system.
