Westfield Bradford is a major £300 million retail led mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of Bradford.
The project, adjacent to the city’s prime retail pitch, will provide a 54,600 sq m shopping centre, 3,800 sq m of office space, approximately 200 apartments and 1,800 car parking spaces.
The retail component will provide an eclectic mix of national and local fashion, food and lifestyle brands that will address the current under-provision in the city. Three themed malls trading over two levels will provide over 100 retail units, anchored by a 10,900 sq m Debenhams store and a 750-seat café-style food court.
