[edit] Re:Welcome
Hi Whateley23: I'm a part of the welcoming committee, and one of the things we do is watch the Recent Changes list for users who have red talk links; if a user's talk page is redlinked, they haven't received any messages yet, and it's a good indication that they are new and haven't been welcomed yet. I welcome a lot of new users, so I'm sorry to say I don't specifically remember which RC entry I saw, but that's the gist of how I found you. If you have any questions I can help you with, just leave me a message. Welcome to Wikipedia! -- Essjay · Talk 18:17, July 19, 2005 (UTC)
My Dear Fellow Whateley,
you ask me whether there was a purpose behind reverting the Mabon link on Celtic polytheism to the neopagan festival (Mabon) instead of the Welsh mythological character (Mabon ap Modron)(Whateley23 00:19, 22 July 2005 (UTC)). I am not aware of such a confusion of links and I am upset that browsers may well confuse the embodiment of young masculine vitality with a festival held in the honour thereof as a result of this apparent overlapping. I trust that I can rely on your handsome self to rectify this oversight. Yours lovingly, GeoffMGleadall 08:40, 22 July 2005 (UTC).

[edit] Neopaganism
It certainly has been a learning experience for me so far - and NPOVing isn't something you can do alone. It's the sort of thing that happens eventually if you get a big enough group of people with a wide enough range of POVs together. I, after all, have my own perspective on things... So you're welcome to help. *grin* - AdelaMae (talk - contribs) 05:27, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] TDD/Danube
Hi, I've no idea how accurate the idea is but it's pretty widespread - do a search for Tuatha Dé Danaan and Danube. See e.g. Danu on [1]. Dlyons493 Talk 14:18, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Lamiae?
Hi Whateley, I see that you added a reference to "Lamiae" (identified with the Morrígan) on Celtic polytheism "due to existing early medieval translations". I'm certainly not disputing this, but I'm extremely curious: what translations are these? QuartierLatin1968 17:13, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

- You have to warn the user/ip using {subst:bv}} then if the user vandalizes again you report that at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism but 72.10.124.202 is a shared ip, they will only block it for a few hours and only if vandalism is recent. JRSP 01:59, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
