When November Falls is a musical side project started by Scooter Ward, who is the former frontman of the band Cold. Ward is preparing to go into the studio to begin recording. Ward has said that there will be special guests on the first album, slated for release sometime in Fall 2007 titled The Series of Emotion, as stated on the projects' MySpace page.

Originally named The Witch (after the song "Witch" on 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage the name was changed to When November Falls in November 2006, before any work had been done. Currently six songs have been written and three have been put out on the band's MySpace page: "My Heart," "Symphony for a Mad World," "Let the Rain Begin," "Starts When You Fall," "The Avenue," and "Halleluah [sic]."
Recording of of the album will begin June 1st, and the album will see a release some time in fall of 2007. The album will be released through the new label I AM : WOLFPACK, in which Ross Robinson is the producer. Robinson was the producer for Cold's first major label album, 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage.
The song "Symphony for a Mad World" has also had a music video made for it by a user on MySpace, it shows a series of short clips of acts of violence around the world in recent times.
