Where There's a Will, There's a Waiver is the twelfth episode of the American television sitcom Yes, Dear.

The Warner's neighbor Walt calls the town inspector when Greg cuts down a tree on his property. When the inspector comes he finds tells Jimmy that it is illegal to live in Greg's guesthouse unless everyone in the neighborhood signs a waiver stating that it is ok for Jimmy to stay there. Greg & Jimmy befriend Walt and talk him into signing the waiver. So Jimmy and his family gets to stay.
