White Pine Village
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
White Pine Village opened in 1976. It is a village of over two dozen preserved and refurbished local historic buildings [1] of Mason County, Michigan. The buildings contain thousands of artifacts, much of which are from the Nineteenth Century. Historic White Pine Village is a self-guided tour educational experience for the entire family with many summer special events.[2] Historic White Pine Village is part of the Mason County Historical Society which has also the Ludington Mariners Old Time Baseball Team and a Research Library at the premises. This material basically is the genealogy department from the main Ludington library that was transferred a few years ago. In addition there is much history on northern Michigan.
