Whitefish or white fish may refer to:
- A fisheries term referring to the flesh of many types of fish; see Whitefish (fisheries term).
- Members of the subfamily Coregoninae in the family Salmonidae, including the mountain or lake whitefishes in the genus Coregonus, round whitefishes in the genus Prosopium and the inconnu (Stenodus leucichthys).
- Beluga whale, Delphinapterus leucas.
- Beluga sturgeon, Huso huso.
- Any number other fish species:
