We should instate a policy about linking to WoW Wiki. Many articles are of high quality here on WP, so why link to WoW Wiki when their article is one paragraph. What do you guys think? Havok (T/C/c) 19:20, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- It is my experience that most articles on WoWwiki is highly un-encyclopedic. In the articles of instance bosses you may find nothing but a strategy to encountering him, with many POV-centric statements, generally not suited for Wikipedia. If we link to it, we have to make sure that the content of the articles generally follow Wikipedia standards and have information that expands the Wikipedia article. I think Wookiepedia is a perfect example of how a thematic wiki should be. Ifrit 05:44, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

- ??? Have you compared the article on WoWWiki and Wikipedia for, say, Cairne Bloodhoof? I got almost all the info for my update of it (the Wikipedia) from WoWWiki! I'm not angry, I'm just sayin'...

I am thinking about making a PvP (World of Warcraft) article, to explore PvP in WoW more in depth than either the PvP section at World of Warcraft or the WoW section in the article Player versus Player. Comments, laughter, discouragement anyone? sekhui 15:34, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

It'd be really awesome to have an article on PvP as i know hardly anything on it except for the battlegrounds Pariand29
It would be interesting, but since every class and player has different ideas about PvP and its balence it would be inherently biased. Pownow 23:55, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Hey ppls, I'm new to this WikiWoW project but i'm a huge fan of WoW although I've only got a lvl 29 character. I reckon we should add some articles that explain all the instances in full instead of just having a paragraph here and there in other articles. (including all the new instances as of the Burning Crusades if you have any info on them)
