Duplicate article on the same person. i think this article should remain since the "III" will not be used by readers for a search.
Gray represented the 2nd district of Pennsylvania, not the 96th. The confusion probably arose because he was first elected as a member of the 96th Congress. I have corrected accordingly. --Adamgarrigus 17:53, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
