WILO AG

WILO AG, with its headquarters in Dortmund, is one of the world´s leading manufacturers of pumps and pumping systems for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, water supply, sewage disposal and wastewater treatment. Founded in 1872 as copper and brass factory by Louis Opländer, the company has representations in 50 countries and employs approx. 5.000 people worldwide.
WILO AG, which emanates from the merger in 2002 between Wilo-Salmson AG and Wilo GmbH, is the managerial holding of the Wilo group. In 2005, a turnover of 750.4 million EUR was achieved with an EBIT of 85 million EUR.
