Wild Arms XF, or Wild Arms: Cross Fire as recently revealed, is the first game in the series in development for the PlayStation Portable. The game was unveiled at a Media.Vision fan event on September 2, 2006 and is scheduled to be released some time in 2007. It was also revealed that save data from Wild Arms 5 can be transferred to this game through a USB.
There are two female characters in the game's logo, one with pigtails and the other with a hairband. The former uses an ARM and the latter wields a large sword.
