William Alexander, Baron Alexander of Potterhill

William Picken Alexander, Baron Alexander of Potterhill, (13 December 1905–8 September 1993), was a British author, specialised on the educational system of the United Kingdom.
He was created Baron Alexander of Potterhill, of Paisley in the County of Renfrew on 2 September 1974.
