William Hernandez
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
William "Willie" Hernandez (born November 20, 1979 in New York City) is a Puerto Rican actor.
Hernandez was a child actor in the PBS television show Ghostwriter from 1993 to 1995 as Héctor Carrero. More recently, he was featured as a roommate on the Philadelphia season of the television show The Real World.
At fifteen years old, Hernandez was forced to leave his home because his religious parents rejected him for being gay (though presently, he has made some amends with his mother)[citation needed]. He and his twin brother Wesley are the oldest of five brothers and one baby sister (additionally, he has two older half-siblings), all of whom still remain very close. His family resides on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
