William Jackson (Massachusetts)

William Jackson (September 2, 1783 - February 26, 1855) was an American politician. He born in Newton, Massachusetts, USA.
From 1829 to 1832 he was a member of the Massachusetts state legislature. From 1833 to 1837 he was the Whig Party in the Congress of the United States. He was also one of the founders of the Liberty Party and opposed slavery.
