William Joscelyn Arkell

William Joscelyn Arkell (June 9, 1904 - April 18, 1958) was a British paleontologist.
Arkell was born in Highworth, Wiltshire as the son of James and Laura Jane Arkell.
Arkell specialized in fossils from the Jurassic era, especially ammonites. He taught at Trinity College, Cambridge.
Arkell died in Cambridge.
