William L. Ensign

William L. "Bill" Ensign FAIA, is the Planning and Architectural Consultant for the Tax-Free Fund For Utah, one of the Aquila Group of Funds. The Tax-Free Fund For Utah is a municipal bond mutual fund designed especially for Utah residents.
Prior to working for the Tax-Free Fund for Utah, Mr. Ensign served as Acting Architect of the Capitol from 1995-1997. He had previously served as Assistant Architect under George M. White. Upon White's retirement, Mr. Ensign assumed the responsibilities of Acting Architect until replaced by Alan M. Hantman, in January 1997. Under Hantman, Ensign's replacement as Assistant Architect was Michael G. Turnbull.
Mr. Ensign is also the former trustee of various cultural organizations.
Mr. Ensign also specializes in cheese.
