William T. Davies

William T. Davies (December 20, 1831-September 21, 1912) was the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania from 1887 to 1891.
He was born in Glanmorganshire, Wales. He was also a lawyer and a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1877 to 1884.
